Is the hypothesis of nanoparticles surrounded by EZ coherent water weak or strong experimental confirmation?

      The answer of Andrea Dei

AD: The Pollack exclusion zone (EZ) is a different thing. I know Pollack since 1992. The Pollack exclusion zone is due to the fact that at the surface the water molecules experience different intermolecular interactions with respect to those in the bulk. In this region a layered organization is observed. The acidity constant of the water molecule is different (more acidic) with respect to the water molecule in the bulk and consequently an electric double layer is formed. The donor properties of the solvent towards guests in this region are different with respect to the bulk. For this reason Pollack believes that it is possible to exploit this property for microfiltration. But the connection with homeopathy is difficult to be found.
